PI Grills 5-Year Limited Warranty

PI Grills LLC warrants the PI Grill and the components listed below for the warranty scope and period, provided they are used and maintained correctly. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state or province. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase from Pigrills.com.

 

Warranty Period and Scope

The following parts are covered:


PI’s sole responsibility and your exclusive remedy is the replacement of defective parts (if any) of your PI Grill. Returned original parts approved by the PI customer service department must be prepaid. PI may, at its discretion, replace defective parts with new or refurbished parts within ninety days. The warranty does not cover the following circumstances: (i) paint damage from grease fires, (ii) UV exposure, (iii) normal wear and tear, (iv) warping of the Flat Top Grill surface.

The PI Grill features a modular design, allowing ordinary users to perform repairs easily. Under this warranty, PI’s only obligation is to replace defective parts and provide instructions for self-replacement. PI may use new or refurbished parts to replace defective components. PI reserves the right to inspect any PI Grill and analyze any usage information, including but not limited to data from any digital connection to the grill (within the scope of our data protection policy). To verify and process warranty claims, PI may request reasonable evidence of the issue, which may include participating in video calls, phone conversations, providing photos, and other relevant information. Labor costs for replacing defective parts and shipping parts will be your responsibility.

The limitations in the following paragraphs do not apply to residents of Quebec under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

To clarify and to the fullest extent permitted by law, PI GRILLS LLC assumes no liability under this warranty or any implied warranty for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, data loss, punitive, exemplary, or enhanced damages, loss of profits or revenue, or any devaluation related to your use of the PI Grill, regardless of (A) whether such damages are foreseeable, (B) whether PI has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and (C) the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) upon which the claim is based, even if any remedy fails to achieve its essential purpose. This warranty provides retail customers with specific legal rights, and customers may have other rights that vary by state or province. You and PI both intend this warranty to be your exclusive remedy for any defective flat top grill.

 

Warranty Voids

This warranty will be void if: (i) PI Grill is not assembled or operated according to the PI operating instructions provided with the grill; (ii) the PI Grill was not purchased from an authorized seller; (iii) PI Grill is resold or transferred to another owner; (iv) any incompatible third-party components are used; (v) PI Grill has been used for commercial or food service purposes; (vi) the user neglects the grill, abuses it, or fails to maintain it according to PI operating instructions; or (vii) any unauthorized modifications have been made to this grill.

Please note that due to PI’s inability to monitor or control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the warranty only applies to products purchased from authorized sellers.

To process a warranty claim, please contact PI’s customer service department using the phone number or address provided above. PI requires proof of purchase date from an authorized seller. You should retain the sales receipt or invoice along with this manual for your records.

International customers outside of the United States should note that the warranty policy described herein may not be consistent globally. Customers should contact local dealers in their current country for instructions regarding specific warranty claims in that country. The procedures outlined herein do not apply to international warranty requests.

 

Additional Important Warranty Information

We assume no responsibility for items lost in transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number or delivery confirmation when shipping packages. Products sent to us will become the property of PI and will not be returned to you. PI will have sole discretion in determining whether your warranty claim falls within the coverage of this warranty policy; failure to follow the required procedures may render your warranty claim invalid. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state, province, and country.

 

PI Accessories Warranty

PI Grills LLC offers a warranty on the accessories listed in the table below, covering normal use and proper maintenance. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on the laws of your state or province. The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase through pigrills.com. The warranty period and coverage for your PI accessories are as follows:

Under this warranty, PI’s total liability and your sole remedy is the replacement of any defective accessories. Approved returns of original accessories must be prepaid. PI reserves the right, within ninety days, to replace defective accessories with new or refurbished ones at its sole discretion. Warranty exclusions include: (i) damage caused by grease fires, (ii) UV exposure, (iii) normal wear and tear, and (iv) warping of the accessory.

PI’s entire obligation under this warranty is to replace any defective accessories or provide replacement parts and instructions for self-replacement. PI may replace defective parts with new or refurbished parts. PI reserves the right to inspect any accessory and analyze any usage data, including but not limited to digital cooking data (in line with our data protection policy). To validate and process a warranty claim, PI may require reasonable proof of your issue, including participation in video calls, phone conversations, providing photos, and any other relevant information.

Please note that because PI cannot oversee or control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, PI’s warranty is only available for products purchased from an Authorized Seller. The warranty only applies to products purchased from an Authorized Seller.

Customers outside of the United States should note that not all warranty policies stated herein apply globally.
