Shipping Locations
PIl ships exclusively to the continental United States. Please note, at this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. We recommend providing a physical address for all orders to ensure smooth delivery.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience slight delays in processing.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping Time: After your order is processed, it typically leaves our warehouse within 5-7 business days.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will take approximately 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and carrier.
