At PI, we believe in the joy and wonderful memories that grilling brings. We stand behind every product we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any unused products, minus applicable fees. For items purchased from retail dealers, please reach out to them directly for their return policy.
Return Policy Details
Effective Date: May 1, 2024
Eligibility for Return: We only accept returns on items purchased directly through PI's website, via phone, or at official events. You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original date of shipment.
Product Condition: All returned merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on pellets, sauces, or rubs. A copy of the original purchase receipt must be included with the return.
Return Authorization: Please contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the instructions provided for returning the product.
Refund Process
A refund for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable return freight fees, will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If your original form of payment is no longer active, we will send a check within 30 days.
Return Freight Fee
The return freight fee is $100 and will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error in shipping.
Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of confirmation without incurring any fees. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the product according to our return policy.
