Grilled Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients

• 3 Lbs. 85/15 Lean Ground Beef

• 1 Tsp. Salt

• ½ Tsp. Pepper

• ½ Tsp. Onion Powder

• 1/4th Tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 ½ Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese or Cheese of Choice

• 6 Slices Colby Jack Cheese or Cheese of Choice

• Seasoning Salt

Steps

1. Preheat the Grill to 375F with the flame diffuser closed.

2. Gently mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, and onion & garlic powder and form into 12 patties.

3. Place some of the shredded cheese in the center of the burger patty. Cover with another patty and seal the edges.

4. Season the outside of the burger with seasoning salt.

5. Place on the grill grate, and grill for 7-8 minutes, and then flip the burger and grill an additional 5 minutes before placing a slice of cheese on.

6. Finish the burgers with the grill lid shut to melt the cheese. Remove from the grill and let sit for 10 minutes.

7. Serve with fixings and a toasted bun.
