PI Pre-Order Sales Policy
Sales will only commence when PI has a reasonable expectation that the product will be shipped by a designated carrier within the clearly and prominently stated timeframe in the Pre-Order Sales offer (e.g., "Ships in 30 Days," "Ships in 6-8 Weeks," etc.).
If PI determines that it will not be able to meet the original shipment date, PI will proactively offer the buyer a choice, without any request from the buyer: either a prompt refund (within 7 days of the buyer’s earliest right to refund) or acceptance of a clearly stated delay. This offer will be made to the buyer within a reasonable time after PI first becomes aware of the delay, but no later than the originally promised shipping date.
