Ingredients

• 2 Large Salmon Fillets (Pin Bones Removed)

• 2 Tbsp. Lemon-Thyme Blend

• 1 Lemon, Sliced

• Cedar Planks

Steps

1. Soak your cedar planks in hot water for 30-45 minutes.

2. Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F with the flame diffuser closed.

3. Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the cedar planks.

4. Season with the lemon-thyme blend and salt.

5. Place the lemons on top of the filets.

6. Place into the preheated grill, and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon reaches your preferred temp or 125°F internal.
