Grilled Honey garlic salmon
Lychee, Hickory, Apple
A Sweet & Savory Delight On The Tastebuds
Ingredients
Sauce
• 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
• 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/3 Cup Honey
• 3 Tbsp. Butter
• 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
• 2 Tbsp. White Wine
Salmon
• 6 Small Wild Salmon Filets
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Olive Oil
Steps
1. Preheat your grill to 350°F with flame diffuser closed.
2. Place all of the sauce ingredients into a small, grill-safe non-stick pan. Stir to evenly distribute all of the ingredients.
3. Make a foil pan with sides out of non-stick foil, or use a pre-made foil pan that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Place the salmon inside, and drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle on the seasonings.
4. Place both the salmon and the saucepan into your grill, and let cook for 10-20 minutes, or until the salmon is done to your taste or internal temperature reaches 145°F.
5. Keep an eye on the sauce. It just needs to simmer for about 10 minutes and you don't want it to burn.
6. Remove both from the grill and pour the sauce over the salmon before serving.
