Grilled Lemon Pepper Fish Fillets

The Ideal Lemon Pepper Seafood Dinner
Ingredients
• 8 Lingcod Filets or Fish Filets of Choice
• 3 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
• 8 Tsp. Butter
Steps
1. Preheat the grill to 375°F with the flame diffuser closed.2. Pat your fish fillets dry with paper towels, and place them onto a grill mat or parchment-lined baking sheet.3. Liberally season with the lemon pepper and flaky salt. Top with butter pats.4. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your filets. The center of the fish should be opaque and the fish should flake easily with a fork.5. Remove, and serve with a wedge of lemon for squeezing.
