A Quick Asian Seafood Delight
Ingredients
• 1 Lbs. Uncooked, Tail-On Shrimp,
• 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
• 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
• 4 Tbsp. Sriracha Mayo
• 4 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
• 2 Tbsp. Minced Green Onion
Steps
1. If your shrimp have shells, peel them leaving just the tail on. Wash well and get rid of any vein left over. Drain well, and lay on paper towels to try.2. Preheat the grill to 450°F and season the shrimp with onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.3. Place the shrimp on and cook 5-6 minutes per side. Flip over and finish cooking. Remove the shrimp, toss with the teriyaki sauce, garnish with the sriracha mayo and green onions.
